In road.cc’s tech roundups over the past weeks, three new products appeared for anyone who rides a lot, indoors or out: two bike computers and a smart trainer. We lay out the facts from the source and checked bol.com/be on 4 November to see whether they are for sale and what the previous versions cost.

Garmin Edge 1060 and Edge Explore 3

According to road.cc (20 October 2026), Garmin presented a new flagship bike computer and a new Explore range. The article gives no on-sale date and no retailers.

  • UK prices: Edge 1060 £699.99, Edge Explore 3 £349.99 and Edge Explore 3 Plus £429.99.
  • Edge 1060: a larger screen than the Edge 1050, built-in microphone and speaker for voice control ("Okay, Garmin") and, according to Garmin, up to 20 hours of battery in demanding use and up to 60 hours in battery saver mode. Those are manufacturer claims.

  • At bol.com/be we did not find the Edge 1060 or the Edge Explore 3, so we cannot give a Belgian price.

The previous versions are there. The Garmin Edge 1050 costs €629.99 at bol, shipping included, against a recommended price of €649.99 according to bol. The Edge Explore 2 costs €219.99 against a recommended price of €259.99. Bol sells both itself and both are in stock.

Coros Dura 2 Solar

According to road.cc (22 October 2026), Coros released a second Dura with a larger screen and offline rerouting. On sale from 3 November, according to the source.

  • UK prices: £429 for the unit, £479 with a mount.

Tacx Nēra

According to road.cc (20 October 2026), Garmin presented a new Tacx smart trainer with built-in WiFi, so you need no separate adapter.
